Two-step login
Click your initials → Two-step login and choose how:
- Authenticator app (recommended): scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator and type the code it shows. If the code is refused, the page tells you when a clock is wrong — set the time of the phone and of the PulseCRM computer to "automatic".
- Code by email: press Send code, type the code from the email. At every login a new code is emailed (valid 10 minutes).
Keep the backup codes somewhere safe — each works once if you lose your phone or email access. An admin can reset two-step login for a team member in Settings → Team members.
Email codes need a mail server. The PulseCRM owner enters it in Owner panel → Platform settings → Email (SMTP) and can send a test email from there.
Integrations
Settings → Integrations shows one box per service with its status: Connected, Ready (nothing to fill in — just paste the address in the other app) or Not set up. Click a box: a panel opens with numbered steps, the address to copy and only the fields of that service. "Received leads" at the bottom lists every lead that came in, so you can check a connection with Send a test lead.
Plan
The footer shows your plan and until when it runs (amber in the last 7 days). When it ends, admins are asked to renew; the data is kept.
