Leads, search and filters
Add, import, find, filter and bulk-update leads.
Add a lead
Click New lead in the footer (or Leads → Add a lead). Name and phone are required. If the phone number is already in the CRM you are shown the existing lead instead of a duplicate.
Leave Assigned to empty to let auto-assign give it to the next caller in turn (when switched on in Settings).
Import from Excel
- Leads → Import leads and choose an .xlsx or .csv file.
- The first row must hold the column names. Name and Phone (or Mobile) are required; Alt phone, Email, City, Source, Product and Budget are read too.
- Choose who gets the leads: shared out between callers, all to one person, or nobody for now.
Rows with a phone number that is already in the CRM are skipped. Download the sample file on the import page to start.
Find leads
- Stage tabs at the top of the list show how many leads are in each stage — click one to see only those.
- Search by name, phone, email or city.
- Filters button: source, owner, never called, tag and the date the lead was added. A filter works as soon as you choose it; the panel closes again with the same button.
- Hot / Warm / Cold shows leads by score. Sort: newest, highest score, recent activity or quietest first.
- Every filter that is on shows as a chip — click the × to remove it, or Clear all.
- Quick views in the panel: Hot leads, Never called, My leads, Not assigned.
The lead list
Click anywhere on a row to open the lead. Red follow-ups are overdue; "Never" in orange means nobody has called the lead yet. The green button calls the lead.
Change many leads at once
Tick the leads (managers and admins). A bar appears at the bottom: Assign to, Share out between callers, Move to stage, Add a tag, Merge 2 leads or Delete.
The lead page
Everything about one lead: details, stage, score and tags, the timeline (calls, notes, stage changes, WhatsApp), follow-up, appointments, WhatsApp chat and sequences. Add a note at any time — it is saved on the timeline with your name.
Export
Leads → Export downloads the leads you are looking at (with the same filters) as an Excel-friendly CSV file.
