User guide Getting started

Getting started

Log in, find your way around and set up your company in 10 minutes.

1. Log in

Open the CRM address your admin gave you (for example crm.yourcompany.com) and log in with your email and password. If two-step login is on, type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

Only one login per account is allowed. If you log in on another computer or phone, the older one is logged out.

2. Find your way around

  • Icon bar on the left — the sections: Home, Leads, Calls, Calendar, Marketing, Reports, Settings and Help. The version number at the bottom opens What's new.
  • Panel next to it — the pages of the section you are in. Hide it with ; the pages then show as chips above the page. It stays hidden until you open it again.
  • Search box in the middle of the top bar — find any lead by name, phone, email or city. Shortcut: Ctrl + K or /.
  • Your initials at the top right — your profile, theme (light / dark / same as device), two-step login, alerts and Sign out.
  • Footer — your plan and its end date, and the New lead button with quick actions (start calling, book an appointment, import…).
  • On a phone: the ☰ button opens the whole menu, and the bar at the bottom has Home, Leads, Call, Follow-ups and Pipeline.

3. First steps for the admin

  1. Settings → General: company name, lead sources and auto-assign.
  2. Settings → Stages: your pipeline (e.g. New → Contacted → Site visit → Won / Lost).
  3. Settings → Team members: add your managers and callers.
  4. Settings → Integrations: connect Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, IndiaMART or your website form — or import an Excel file.
  5. Ask the callers to install the mobile app.

Started with demo data? Settings → General → Delete demo data removes all sample leads, calls and the demo team in one go. Your settings stay.
